6 days working Poor work life balance - Extra working hours with no overtime Toxic culture, especially from senior level management Very little guidance regarding work and projects - Most mid level employees and managers are grossly overworked Lots of manual and transactional work instead of strategic Culture of no trust in employees - Excessive and frequent amount of top level reviews. Most of our time goes into preparing material for these reviews
