Absolutely none, it’s an awful company

A company with absolutely no regard for people, from its employees to its passengers. Left half of its employees redundant in a cost of living crisis to outsource after taking on so many companies with all their employees telling them their jobs aren't at risk just for a year on to make them all redundant.

Good company to drive for in the Norwich region if you can get a place with them, friendly team and if you want to work to go past there commission level of £1040 after this point you stop paying commission this equates to around 40 hours in the car, so if your someone who is willing to to do 50 or 60 hours a week you can really boost your income as you won’t be paying commission after £1040. Flexible working is also advantageous
