      -they let go of the best employees who win employee of the month, over 35 in one reorganization in June 2025, about 25-30% of all employees gone -no career growth potential

      They treat their brand ambassadors well - nice swag, decent pay, easy-to-use platforms (demo survey right on your smartphone), and it's a fun product to sell!
