Pros
The company has shown that it can stay stable, especially at times when many other companies were going through layoffs, although time will tell if that continues in the long run. There are many different projects, technologies, and people you can learn from, which makes it a great place to grow. You can build your career through the different roles the company offers, even if recognition or compensation does not always come as quickly as you might expect. Still, it adds a lot to your overall knowledge and experience. I believe that if you genuinely put in the effort, it will be noticed in time and you will be fairly compensated at the end.
Cons
There are many different projects, which naturally creates a lot of variety in experience. Of course, not every project is great. As the company continues to grow, additional processes are introduced, and over time this can make ways of working feel more complex.
