Velocify Response
11yI wanted to respond to your comments personally as I worry they may discourage honesty from Velocifiers which is counter to the intent of Glassdoor and not what I want. As CEO of Velocify I genuinely would never take action against an employee who posts a negative review. In fact it is extremely rare that I have any idea of who might have left a review.
It is true that I care about what people write on Glassdoor just as I care deeply about the feedback I receive in our quarterly internal “Company Happiness Surveys”. As you know I share the complete set of results of the anonymous survey with the company and although I aspire to one day have everyone give the company a perfect rating I am very open about recognizing what we need to do to get there and discuss that with the entire company. It is also true that I am incredibly proud that we were named 23rd Best Company to Work For in the US by Glassdoor this year as I see my number one job as CEO as making Velocify a career-defining event for as many Velocifiers as possible. I also think the ranking is great because that accolade helps us to continue hiring the best and brightest people in the technology industry. However, I do embrace the fact that not all reviews will be positive and want to be 100% clear that I will not take any action against a Velocifier for offering their candid and honest feedback on Glassdoor.
