      Pros

      The only pros is that you will become self confident if you are not already

      Cons

      They will make you work like labourer from morning 8 till not There's no personal life left for you as you don't have time only They will make you go door to door for collecting donations for CRY They will send you to different village's with zero securities And if you look clearly I don't think the children of CRY are even getting 500 ruppee out of that 1200 donation which is pathetic as you are only playing with the sentiments of people

      I dont see any pros to work with this company. I have worked with them as a BA earlier that was still little better if you are the performer.
