Pros

Growth potential is high. If you are a performer you will be recruiting people within a few weeks. By one year in the company you should be leading a large team of many people or have already opened up your own office. There is a clear structure for growth in the company and it is designed well. Excellent work environment. The company focuses on positive-only talk and thinking and it makes for a more positive lifestyle. The office is full of young people so the environment is energetic. Unmatched learning opportunities. The company itself focuses a lot on training and development. You can learn a lot from your trainer and you learn even more from the many people you meet on the field doing sales. Inclusive management. If you are capable you will be responsible for new guys that you hire. In sales work too there is a lot of potential for innovation and creativity, as it is left up to you how you will achieve your numbers, especially on roadtrips. You will learn to give presentations, public speaking, etc. The more you are capable of, the more they will give you. This way everyone is pushed to grow. The difficulties involved in the job make you a better and stronger person. This job can benefit everyone because it is not easy and you will learn a LOT in a small amount of time. I have become a lot more confident, assertive, and capable of dealing with people, and for that I can thank Velocity.

Cons

Zero work-life balance. Management has no respect for employees time and will often keep you in office until very, very late. This is okay if there is actual work but often it is done without good reason. If you perform well, you will be immediately recruiting, but if you cannot perform, you may spend months alone figuring out how to make sales. All income is also performance based. Management only gives lip-service to ideas such as making employees business partners but in reality work to create a "employee mindset." During the interview process they are too focused on overselling the company to new guys. They use a lot of emotion-based motivation which may make it difficult to make cold logical decisions.

Pros

The only pros is that you will become self confident if you are not already

Cons

They will make you work like labourer from morning 8 till not There's no personal life left for you as you don't have time only They will make you go door to door for collecting donations for CRY They will send you to different village's with zero securities And if you look clearly I don't think the children of CRY are even getting 500 ruppee out of that 1200 donation which is pathetic as you are only playing with the sentiments of people
