Pros

1. My headline is wrong. Actually the CTO is out of this world. His depth of knowledge along with his EQ is astronomical. 2. While your IQ may take a sharp dive while working here you will notice heightened street smartness. 3. Once you talk to him on/about engineering you begin to wonder why did you listen to your parents and go to school, would've been better to bunk and smoke tyre glue. 4. Very helpful seniors, from interview preparation to giving referrals they will always assist you.

Cons

1. This company is not for soft-hearted people. 2. The only problem is CEO doesn't recognize the CTO's unnerving passion to engineering and plays blame game on him. While it may be okay to scold him in front of his juniors but the CEO resorts to hand on approach with him which should not be done.

Pros

Note: These pros are subjective in nature and reflect the experience of a specific employee. Money – 6/10 They offer reasonable pay packages. However, do not expect too much on this front. Stability of Income – 7/10 They aggressively weed out less skilled workers, but if you are competent in your role, you do not need to worry. Autonomy – 8/10 Ideas are welcomed positively. People focus on getting things done and achieving results. You are encouraged to try new things, and the founders will give you some leeway in the beginning if things break down. Because of this, establishing early credibility is paramount. Meaning – 9/10 The firm's mission of empowering small online retailers is relatable, and you can see the impact of your work on the ground. Social Bonding – 7/10 On average, you will find your coworkers to be better than the market standard. The people are great, and you will meet some incredibly inspiring personalities. However, work-related stress can sometimes seep into and affect personal relationships. While this is somewhat expected, the people here are inherently good. Growth – 9/10 You will learn a great deal, both personally and professionally. You will feel you have an added advantage over your peers when you move on to other firms. Prioritization, cutting through the fluff, and impact-based thinking will be some of your top takeaways.

Cons

Note: These cons are subjective in nature and reflect the experience of a specific employee. Work-Life Balance (WLB) – 0/10 Work-life balance is non-existent because it is a growing startup trying to figure out its moat. This is why most of the workforce consists of young adults. On average, there is a 40% annual attrition rate, with 7 to 8 employees on their notice period at any given time. You are expected to work over the weekends and even sick leaves are considered blasphemous. Culture – 1/10 It felt like there was a sword constantly hanging over your head. You could be publicly berated by the founders in front of 30 other employees over unreasonable demands. Even worse was seeing them lash out at your senior managers in front of you. Verbal yelling between founders is to be expected. Overall, it felt like a "gotcha!" culture, where it seemed the founders just wanted to find a mistake in your work to establish a mental hierarchy in dominance, which is silly at best.
