Best CTO in whole world

1. My headline is wrong. Actually the CTO is out of this world. His depth of knowledge along with his EQ is astronomical. 2. While your IQ may take a sharp dive while working here you will notice heightened street smartness. 3. Once you talk to him on/about engineering you begin to wonder why did you listen to your parents and go to school, would've been better to bunk and smoke tyre glue. 4. Very helpful seniors, from interview preparation to giving referrals they will always assist you.

Cons

1. This company is not for soft-hearted people. 2. The only problem is CEO doesn't recognize the CTO's unnerving passion to engineering and plays blame game on him. While it may be okay to scold him in front of his juniors but the CEO resorts to hand on approach with him which should not be done.

Absolutely nothing! I mean it, everything is a doomed experience.

This place is a harrowing experience to any employee who gets associated (all levels). The culture is very toxic and the founders are not just incompetent but also extremely unprofessional. The founders create an atmosphere that stifles creativity and productivity of any individual working here. Lack of founders basic leadership and vision has led to a complete breakdown of trust and morale among employees. It's a nightmarish scenario where employees constantly dread coming to work. Recommend staying away from this company. There isn’t anything to learn or grow!

Nothing except the fancy office in HSR

Worst Founders without vision.. No recognition to hard work and immediate firing for even first mistake. Among Three founders… first one egoistic, second one pretends to be founder and third doesn’t know how to behave as a founder. Full 2nd layer of leadership people has been fired and only executives are forced & threatened to work or get fired. Founder believes that Offering Beer in office every Friday is the best motivation or perk for employees. Asking numerous illogical questions and triangulating everything won’t help in growing a business for sure. Founders are themselves not aligned among themselves but they will ask every employee to get alinged with them.
