The company is genuinely building a new category, and it's a great environment for people who like learning and figuring things out as they go. The founders / leadership truly practice an 80/20 mindset: they prioritize shipping, testing, and learning over chasing perfection. Their approach is great since I have the freedom to experiment and learn quickly. There’s real opportunity here to take ownership, grow your skills, and help shape both the product and the company as it scales.

Vendelux is an intense, fast-paced environment that won’t be the right fit for everyone. The workload and expectations are high, but for the right person it’s an extremely rewarding place to make a real impact.
