Leadership believes in teamwork. Management works well together, which drives better teamwork throughout all teams. There is strong support for technology use to improve efficiency and security-minded staff throughout the org. Benefits are a big plus, for single people as well as families.

No support for long-term work from home. Growing city and population, with limited council support for increasing budgets/staff, which translates to more work and longer hours for existing staff.

Most employees were good people to work with. Schedule is good. Benefits are competitive.

The top down sticks to the old ways of doing things and are afraid of change. Often seems like the place to go after you retire from a real job so you can take it easy without a lot of accountability. Bullying and harassment was frequent from a protected key employee. Women/minorities may feel they are treated differently.
