Pros
Leadership believes in teamwork. Management works well together, which drives better teamwork throughout all teams. There is strong support for technology use to improve efficiency and security-minded staff throughout the org. Benefits are a big plus, for single people as well as families.
Cons
No support for long-term work from home. Growing city and population, with limited council support for increasing budgets/staff, which translates to more work and longer hours for existing staff.

Toxic hostile aggressive culture. Be prepared to watch your back, to be uncomfortable. Co workers and management encourage,participate and go along with reliation, intimidation, unpleasant cruel actions comments. Will do whatever it takes to force good people out of jobs.
