Pros
Worked with a lot of great people and built long-lasting relationships with them. Flexible as it relates to working from home, taking care of personal appointments, etc. Snacks and fruit are offered. Offices are very nice.
Cons
Executive leadership preaches servant leadership, yet the company runs on the backs of a few people who sacrifice their health and social lives to get the job done - management still asks for more while giving little to none. The company culture is one of chaos, frustration and panic, as planning, processes, procedures and communication are non-existent. Those who leave or are terminated are branded cultural misfits. Reward is reserved for the top and/or those who excel at taking credit for the 80-90 hour weeks of others. Pushback/suggestions from the most knowledgeable folks is disregarded and unwelcome. Innovation is lacking.
