Thanks so much for reflecting on your time with us and sharing the feedback. It’s great to know that your time with us has included a great team dynamic, an opportunity to expand your horizons, and that you’ve appreciated our focus on prioritizing our team members. While we’re certainly excited to be growing, it’s critical that we maintain our people-first company culture, so it’s difficult to hear you feel like this is something you’ve seen change recently. Our long-term approach to success requires us to continue our dedication to creating an amazing experience for every individual on our team. This means ensuring they have a voice, feel empowered to use it, and know that it’s heard.
While resources like our annual leadership survey, our new Innspire Innovation Hub, and pilot programs to test initiatives before rollout, are intended to help make this a reality, we’re always open to ideas on how we can further improve in this area, and others.
