Fast growing company and demand for product

The product they make is cool.

BEWARE!!! This company was acquired by Toro just a few years ago but at its core it’s an extremely tight knit family owned company, very old school, will not listen to anyone but themselves. How you are treated at this company WILL be based on your last name. Sales were terrible for a very long time and they laid off probably at least 20% of their workforce this year but somehow a higher up was able to get 2 promotions in just 10 months during this poor financial climate. They also hired on a favorite when the position wasn't even needed. Meanwhile, people are getting laid off left and right. It makes absolutely zero sense. Never seen nor heard of anyone who plays favorites the way that Ventrac does. Toro NEEDS to step in and police this company better. The company is struggling heavily and is very stuck in their ways. It's not worth it, you are better off taking your services elsewhere.
