Pay is significantly lower than industry standard for most departments You only have opportunity to grow if you are friends with higher management. Multiple people with good relationships with the gm and directors have received several promotions in the last 2-3yrs. While some of us who excel at our jobs, but aren't close to the management team continue being told that promotions are being held off due to economy.
