Pros
Strong sense of unity among upper management, mostly because they are all old friends.
Cons
Management consistently fails to keep its promises regarding salary hikes, bonuses, and employee growth. For the past couple of years, employees have been given repeated false commitments and vague statements about “big things coming,” but nothing has ever been delivered.
Despite acquiring multiple new clients and projects, there’s no transparency or fair recognition for the employees driving the success. The CEO seems completely disconnected from employee concerns and benefits, showing no effort to understand or improve the situation. Meanwhile, it’s unclear if the Indian top level management is even updating the leadership accurately, as decisions appear biased and focused more on personal connections than fairness or performance.
Some Team leads often lack professionalism, communication skills, and respect toward their colleagues. There are no visible efforts from HR or senior management to correct these behavioral and ethical issues. Overall, the company culture has become demotivating and unfair, making it difficult to stay engaged or trust the organization’s direction.
