There are alot of pros in this company. Mainly is the Middle Management. They just use personal vengence and inform the CEO to hit staff rice bowl. Middle management so much of lies . They need staff to agree everything to be in good hands. Managers will implement new procedures but will not share with the team who is handling the task. Moreover if the team members do not understand the new implementation, Middle management managers literally shout at their team says words like. DO WHAT WE SAY DON ASK ANYTHING. I DON CARE WHAT YOU THINK. A staff can only grow in the company when we ask question, we need to perform our task with understanding not blindly follow. Middle management will not explain anything but once there is a mistake found. They used words like LUCKY U ARE HERE ONLY FEW MONTHS YOU CANT MAKE IT. How the hell they can use such phrases where is ur professionalism. We are humans not roborts for your kind info. Please do not hire anyone with no experience and after 2 months says lies such as position redudant where you actually advertised on the job portals looking for someone with experience. So low character of all the Middle management. Oh well head of departments are supposed to be good role models but here are like listening one who is much lower level and taking decision. Venture haven CEOs you guys really need to work on professionalism and monitor ur middle management leaders man. One of the worst company with 0 professionalism
