5 Stars for the Pros! Meet good colleagues by luck (depends on which batch you were in). Just happen that everyone seems very new since I join so that we learn from each others, everyone is very humble, the whole office environment is lovely.
Cons
Management has zero knowledge about everything, every departments, reluctant to understand some basic work flows from the staff, especially the professional staff who pointed out the issues, below are some thoughts: 1. No PDPA sense Although the PDPA training is included in our onboarding progress (for me, PDPA is also about common sense), the management people can asking for our personal information from HR without informing us, out of the blue, with no specific purpose or action, it is lucky enough that our data is still protected at last. 2. No Job Security The management people can choose whether to talk or not to talk about your probation in order to "make things work". I not sure how other colleagues feel about it, I feel very threatening! 3. Management has no knowledge at all They can simply request you to proceed anything without any supports, which is considered not comply. When you point it out, they don't think it is a problem, but you are the problem. 4. Unproductive micro-managing Continuing the 3rd point, they will ask the most experienced/professional staffs to work on the data, so that they can monitor it. It is not wrong but we are sort of staffs and the professional staffs wasted two to three days to fully focus on updating the data, the less experienced staff will need to cover their works, very pity. 5. Risking you They attempted to request to share your Singpass to the staffs from other jurisdiction. Whao~ There is a lot more to share (based on my experiences with this Company), but it will be an interesting experience in your life if you are willing to try it yourself. All the best!
