Pros
Working with a handful of well educated bright and creative people. However, these folks are not allowed any autonomy and are under the control of the owner who lack leadership skills and rules with an iron fist.
Cons
No standardization of procedures. Improper use of technology or lack thereof. Substandard working conditions. Filthy environment where derogatory remarks are commonplace. No HR department and gestapo-like management. Notably discriminatory against women and those not of the country of origin of the owners. Very unclean environment. No communication between departments. Culture of blame with no individual accountability. Environment of fear tactics and abusive comments.
