Dirty, Dusty and Degrading work environment.....Detrimental to one's physical, mental and emotional well being. They basically hire and fire people left and right....I made the cut....not sure if that was a good thing. Always made to feel stupid even though you are not. No Appreciation what so ever....basically made to feel incompetent. No Management system that was consistent and Procedures would change frequently without communication. They do not allow any music to be played, any drinks at desk.....strict on menial things.

No standardization of procedures. Improper use of technology or lack thereof. Substandard working conditions. Filthy environment where derogatory remarks are commonplace. No HR department and gestapo-like management. Notably discriminatory against women and those not of the country of origin of the owners. Very unclean environment. No communication between departments. Culture of blame with no individual accountability. Environment of fear tactics and abusive comments.
