Pros

+ Great Place to start your career +Great training; came in with zero tech knowledge/experience and within a week felt confident about to start on the phones. +Great Product; not only Market leader in tech [tons of patents], customer base, etc. but extremely rewarding to know that it is helping to change the Justice System for the better. Fellow employee said of CEO; "many people dream of starting a company that will help change the world, John has figured out how". +Awesome employees; everyone has fun working together. great team environment! +Expertise; if you want to work at a place where you can gain serious technical experience and consultant knowledge, this is the place. +Rapid expansion; company is growing fast and actively seeking talent.

Cons

- Early Risers Welcome; As an Inside Sales Rep, expect to start at 6-7am. + get done with work before 430 and beat traffic. -Self Starters succeed here; VeriPic employees all work as a team and help each other out, but only driven and passionate people succeed here. If cold calling is not your thing, need not apply. -Quick climbers; people that are looking for the quick track to management or advancement should look elsewhere. Everyone here, including the managers are involved as a sales team. There is great earning potential! but not a lot of infastructure.

Pros

VeriPic has some top notch technology developed by the CEO and the technical team. The CEO is an absolute genius both in the technical sense and as a top sales person himself. The VP of Engineering is also a genius and their tech support people are top notch. My 3 years here have greatly expanded my skill set thanks to the generosity of the senior management for taking the time to train me and explain things to me. This is a great place to learn and grow and I plan to spend a great deal of my future here.

Cons

The company is sometimes too slow to fire non-performers. The management tries to do its best to give people a change to prove themselves. They are too nice. This allows poor performers to stay at the company too long. I know the company wants to helo the people grow but sometimes you need to fire them as soon as you've identified negative people or poor performers.
