      Pros

      There are many actually pros.

      Cons

      Con would be that it is being acquired by another company thoma bravo. Daily news of cost cutting and very soon they will be cutting down on benefits and gifts we receive. Also layoff are going to happen soon and hiring has been freezed.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
