      great product , great people outside middle and senior management

      Cons

      Management is weak and short termist , linearity is the mantra but never achieved due to robbing future financial quarters with Excessive discounting, this leads t reduced margin and a shortfall against budget

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
