      Good benefits, Dedicated co-workers, Flexible work environment

      Cons

      Internal politics are rampant. If you are not in the right clique, you are screwed. Have seen situations where customers are deprived because acct managers did not like the reseller partner.

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
