Pros

even if you are completely useless, and do nothing but damage, you can still have job security and even be promoted as long as you put some effort in to sucking-up and you don't mind lying constantly.

Cons

the very little people who actually do any work are used and abused until they break and leave. promotion is based only on personal friendship. culture of lies. projects are failing or near failing due to dumbest reasons and no one cares, all the middle management cares about is to protect their behinds by lying and not actually improve the work processes.
