      Pros

      Verint has a productive and conducive work environment. We keep learning new stuff everyday especially new cloud-related technology. Higher-ups are also kind and really pay attention to what we're working. They recognise our hard work and gave appreciation. Normal working hours, rarely overtime.

      Cons

      Cons is only benefits and salary is okay, not too big but not too small

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
