Pros

Work from home Internet reimburtion and shift allowance even on 12 to 10 shift Yearly coupons and gifts worth 10K

Cons

Lot of office politics which generally person who is working remotely is unaware of . They keep shuffling you to other projects . They can lay you off anytime saying project completed and you are not needed and firing even bigger management is very common Also the same position they were hiring in different branch of verint still they wont move you but rather fire you
