Pros

Time off for state holiday Easy enough work though monotonous Large office space The work itself is important

Cons

Low pay, petty office drama, micromanaging, incompetent management, no training, being overworked and under appreciated, lack of communication between different teams and supervisors, huge favoritism problem.

Pros

Rewarding work. People are great

Cons

Pay is not worth the work. Depending on your office and number of workers, the work load is insane. It’s like no one prior did their job. There isn’t enough training actually training is almost non existent and you are expected to know what they are talking about immediately after starting. Haven’t had a great experience so far. I like the work and child support but the way the office was ran previously has totally screwed everyone. It’s a revolving door of workers. no one staying long enough to actually be helpful. the expectations are way to high for the amount of work that is handed to you. Also for 16 an hour it’s not worth the stress and most people make less there.
