      Pros

      My staff is excellent. Great people to work with

      Cons

      Employee benefits are mediocre at best. Health insurance is not good. Sick days and floating holiday policy is poor. Both were reduced when the corporation was established. Management claimed it was the norm in the industry, which it is not.

      Pros

      They are lenient when it comes to time of our working from home.

      Cons

      You do not get hired for full time or promoted based on qualifications. They choose who to hire based on who you know and who you are friendly with.
