      Pros

      Adjustable schedule, very nice and passionate team of people, and there are educational opportunities that the company offers to pay for. Very decent pay.

      Cons

      Not a lot of ability to move up the chain. Not the greatest health coverage.

      They are lenient when it comes to time of our working from home.

      Cons

      You do not get hired for full time or promoted based on qualifications. They choose who to hire based on who you know and who you are friendly with.
