Pros
I loved working in the office at first but that changed. The Customer Service Training program was top notch! I never had a greater training program received. We spent 1/2 days training and 1/2 day on the floor with staff.
Cons
They went through a management change. My Boss got fired and the people who I trained with were all let go. I was thrown onto the phones when others were not even taking calls. I couldn't even ask for help because 2 people were away and there was nobody I could reach out to. Long time employees were still old school and didn't use the programs we were trained on.
