We are glad that you worked with such great sales teams but are disappointed that you feel the company is not as focused on customers. "Customer Focus" is one of our six Veritiv Values, and we need everyone to be committed to understanding our customers' needs and providing solutions that add value. In fact, as part of our integration, the entire implementation of our new VOS system is designed to improve the customer experience with Veritiv. As we complete our integration, we believe there are great opportunities for anyone wanting to be a part of this journey.
