      The CEO is working hard to establish a culture of accountability. Management is focused on engagement, professional development and empowering employees to excel. Every day, every person in this company has the opportunity to improve something. If you have drive, determination and a will to get things done, you can make a difference here.

      Cons

      As the company continues to optimize, employees are faced with many changes in process, policy and job requirements. If you are a person who struggles to accept ambiguity, this is not the company for you.
