Lots of autonomy here to get the job done and take care of customers.
Operations is always helpful and does what they can to support sales/customers.
Customer Service and Sales Support personnel are outstanding.
Having access to very engaged product and sourcing experts is the best I've ever had!
Cons
Work expenses are not reimbursed, except when you are new.
Legacy software and hardware makes it tough when mobile.
