The onboarding process was/is amazing. All of the folks that I have interacted with were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Questions were encouraged and answered completely. You get the sense immediately that this is a fortune 500 company who are just hitting their stride. Exciting stuff!

Cons
The information overload is real. There is a LOT to absorb. Personally, I don't see this as a Con, per se, but rather a challenge to over-come. Still, some folks my be over-whelmed at first.
