Flexibility, extremely entrepreneurial, fast paced. A sale where people want to talk to you. Supportive manager, customer service amd sales support team. Great money opportunities for the right people. Access to almost anything in the marketplace.
Cons
Not for the unorganized! The amount of follow up you will do is like nothing you have ever seen, I promise. Can be very commodity based if you cannot get past the surface. Packaging industry is very volatile right now with constantly rising pricing and lack of materials available.
