Micromanaged with no room for advancement. Toxic management. Cussed out by manager on multiple occasions and never felt comfortable speaking to HR on the matter. Manager avoided interactions at all costs and brushed off most questions asked. Expect lots of favoritism on your team and unwarranted promotions. Assigning tasks to you that are typically given to higher paid employees, but with no additional compensation for it. Expect plenty of busy work and a general condescending demeanor from management that is condoned and conveniently overlooked by HR.
