Pros
Great people work for this company, real fun place to work. Benefits are decent but vacation and sick time off is given pretty early after joining. If i remember correctly, you get 2 weeks of paid vacation after a year, 1 week after 6 months.
Cons
Extremely overworked and underpaid. The company has really becoming micromanaged after the merger of Xpedx and Unisource. Your work load is always increasing with no financial rewards. People high up in the business call the shots without seeing how things really work. They look at graphs and numbers and base their decisions on that.
