Pros

Peers at Verkdada are genuine and thoughtful. The workplace team tries hard to make the office fun. The in-person life is only bearable because of the free lunch and snacks. Commuter benefits of $200 for FTEs are also decent, but usually do not cover the full cost of commuting.

Cons

Many of us who don’t live in San Mateo county commute at least two hours a day. That’s roughly 40 extra hours a month just to sit under HQ’s fluorescent lights. Yes, they feed you—but after weeks of commute exhaustion, it really starts to make a hybrid setup feel reasonable. The frustrating part is that VPs expect five days a week in the office, while they themselves average two. And if you need to work from home for even a day, you’re made to feel guilty for it. At times, the mandatory five-day in-person policy feels more like a way to use employees as free test subjects for their cameras than a collaboration.

Pros

Good management. Fun office environment. However, the culture is a little bit of that frat/tech bro culture. So if that is what you are looking for great. if not, not great

Cons

The territories are not created equal
