Pros

Big VC funds - they throw a lot of money into new ideas and new ways to bring in sales Generally lovely people in the London office Great new office with many perks Stocked fridge & snacks Good ramp for the first 9 months (You will make good commission for the first 9 months) US are hitting numbers so the business in general are doing great. Not EMEA missed every quarter!

Cons

No working from home at all - even throughout covid expected to go into the office. Fratt boy culture ex Meraki team in London office run the show. Presenteeism!!! Good first 9 months if you hit your low ramp number - following this absolutely no way of making commission - numbers extremely high Back to school mentality - all about how many calls you have made and how many meetings booked No SDR function Company paid employees to take vaccines so they can go to the office Company paid employees with vouchers to write good reviews Everything is ran by the founder in the US who does not care about people just numbers No HR present - which is needed due to the in appropriate 'jokes' in the office EMEA management first time roles for those in current positions - 0 people/leadership skills They will fire you if you miss your number - they fired 4 sales people without good reason last quarter to save managements head. (Yes it's that kind of company)

Pros

Some of the people are kind, intelligent, and very thoughtful, which made the rest manageable when it unbearable Fancy perks: food, coffee bar

Cons

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Inexperienced leadership and middle management creates an air of stress, anxiety, and frustration across all areas of the workplace. People often snap at each other, burn out, and successes are rarely recognized or celebrated. There is no sense of team unity. I even witnessed a monkey being brought into the office to be posed for photos during an end of quarter celebration. There is little flexibility for people not being in-office due to family/outside issues. There are too many meetings with no clear organization or purpose, and messages/emails are often sent late into the night, on holidays, and on weekends. I wish someone had warned me not to work here before I started, it was some of the worst days of my life.
