I worked for Versa Engineering & Technology (VET) over 1 & 1/2. My experience was pleasant and unforgettable. VET was very fair and employee friendly. Over 36 years in Oil Industry Community in the Bay Area, I have worked for many engineering firms. Bechtel, Kaiser Engineering, Jacobs, Eichleay, Conexus, Harvest, R.J Robert to name a few and of course Versa Engineering & Technology. My best experience was at VET. Versa Engineering &Technology treat their employees with dignity and respect. They went out of their way to help me when I needed it most. Their compensation level is the best amongst similar firms and in some cases VET exceeds most of them. Their employee’s benefits are very fair and greed does not have any places in this company.

I truly cannot think of any cons comparing to similar companies in the industry. This is because I have worked for many other companies and experienced them first hand.
