Not many software company's that can say that their customers love them but you can here at Versaterm. The customers and employees matter more than making money or the next sale. This company allows you to create you own job and supports you doing so. Everyone helps everyone to get the job done. I can say in my 15+ years in software there is no company that works well and cares about each other like this one. Looking forward to many more years here at Versaterm.
Cons
The company has become a leader in the Public Safety industry over the past few years and that means lots of new clients. Some people are spread thin. These are the growing pains of success. The flat managment style is great but also lasks some direction and discipline that some new employees require.
