      Mass Layoffs of all experience; New CEO cleaning house and doesn't see employees as people anymore; Launches products before they are truly ready; Internal processes are a mess; No room for any growth, promotions or raises; pays low, expensive benefits

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
