Pros
The company has a great benefits package including items such as internal and external training, tuition reimbursement and even a sabbatical. There is a strong belief in a work life balance. The company culture is great and all employees treat one another with respect. It is also a place that allows for the free exchange of ideas.
Cons
Some of the pros listed above do have their drawbacks. For example the open exchange of ideas can at times result in an ambiguous path forward. Additionally with such a polite workforce it can be tough to enforce a level of accountability.
