      Pros

      They pay people to do absolutely nothing.

      Cons

      The health benefits are terrible. Leadership is clueless. They are more interested in relationships than work which makes their software suffer. Nobody has any experience building software. Constant fires put out due to zero planning

      Pros

      - Valuable to have a job in this market, and somewhere that historically pays a market rate - unlimited PTO for fulltime

      Cons

      - New CEO is something...concerning. Workforce reduction, replacing C-suite with former pals from previous companies, huge push on AI without the subsequent reassurance that our jobs won't be replaced. Seems like the goal is for all of us to train AI to do our jobs before getting let go. Really tone deaf when us little people have livlihoods on the line.
