Class, decorum and ethics are all out of the window here. Leaders talk to you crazy and create a great case for a hostile work environment. People who have been loyal are repeatedly passed over for promotion. NA is the worst. Too many whims of incompetent people and leaders are allowed to create an environment where no one feels good about working there other than the favorites. They treat clients like they are doing them a favor by allowing the client to pay them! Inexperienced people on projects and they know they don't have the skills to be on the project. No work/life balance. They actually expect you to be on almost 24/7 and the listed holidays are not real. You don't get to take those (Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc. included). It's a mess. Save yourself the trouble. No 401K match. Benefits are the worst I've ever seen. No perks. CEO is cool, but his "buddies" are not.
