People stick around here, unlike other organizations that I've worked for where employee turnover is high. There's a reason for that. Devs at Verve are smart and humble. It's ok not to know something or to reach out for help. It's ok to have an opinion and not be slammed for it. The work overall is great; we are writing software that offers complexity and is challenging/rewarding as a result. The management is also top-notch; especially the CIO.
