Sometimes the development side of the company seems a bit disconnected from the rest of the company's goals (efforts have already begun to remedy this). There are some of the standard growing pains that you see with all companies going through this phase (IT infrastructure needs to adapt, reporting structure is a little weird, lack of project management).
