9yHi and thanks for taking the time to write a review. Glad that you made some good relationships within the Verve team and that the work we do gave you the opportunity to develop so much. We generally try to give people the opportunity to feel trusted and make their own decisions which is essential when developing skills and confidence, but as with anything, balance is key, so we take on board your comment about management being more hands-on.
